(j3.2006) (SC22WG5.5653) notes on visiting Boulder

Hi,

Upon carefully reading the contract:

WiFi in rooms is free.
I see no mention of breakfast.
I don?t know what the hotel?s restaurant charges,
but folks can get a hot breakfast for less than $5-$10 at ML.

Van has stayed there recently; perhaps he can share his views.
John Wallin stayed there recently and reported it was reasonable.

They must provide a special registration page, which apparently has not been done.
I will request it be done tomorrow.

NCAR insists that all hotel contracts for more than 5 (or was it 10?) people
must be handled by the contracts folks. This is the least expensive hotel
within a reasonable distance that does not have room doors leading directly outside.
(I did personally check the properties for suitability.)
(I thought the committee had generally disliked hotels with those.)

Can we agree to a 0830 start and I?ll meet you at the hotel
around 0730 with breakfast at ML?

Would you prefer to leave the hotel around 0800 with breakfast there?

This is only for Monday. You are always free to change your mind after breakfast.
