Dear all,

David and Bill have independently found a mistake in last year's papers.

The minutes of the 2014 meeting (N2020) record two straw votes on UK-21. 
The first was undecided, 3-4-7, and the second was in favour, 9-2-4. A mistake was made in N2023, which recorded the first vote and a decision not to include UK-21 in the revision. Of course, the second vote supersedes the first and is the one on which we should act.

To rectify this, I propose to supersede N2078 by N2082 (draft attached). 
I have taken the opportunity to mention that J3/14-168r4 contains the edits for UK-18.

Does anyone have any objection to this?
