(j3.2006) Problems with 15-010r1

Hi folks,

15-010r1 is dated 7th October 2015, but is missing all of the features agreed by WG5 in August, that is:

UK-23
UK-24
US-22
US-23
US-24
US-25
US-26
US-27
US-28

Some of these have been processed through to SXE status, others have not.

15-010r1 also contains a ?Table 3? which contains outofdate information which is contradictory to Table 2 (US-19 is not that feature).

I have not checked the contents of Tables 1 and 2 for correctness (other than the missing items in Table 1).
