At 206, we briefly discussed Feb 2016 and Oct 2016 meeting dates, but did
not reach sufficient concensus to record the precise dates in the minutes.

I need to start developing contracts for those meetings.

What dates do we want?

I suggest 8-12 Feb 2015 and 10-14 Oct 2015.

Do these dates work a hardship for anybody?
