We don't have the I Bessel functions.

I think we only have J and Y because that's all libm has.

There is good software for I and K, that could be hooked to intrinsics,
but we haven't specified an interface for them.

In 2012, I developed a proposal for an optional Part 4 , i.e., 1539-4,
to implement all of the special functions in ISO 31-11, Clause 14 (and a
bit more).  This would have specified the interfaces.  There wasn't
consensus to proceed.
