Though I did vote already Yes on F08/0142 I have the following
question/remark.

 

Only if a module declares a separate module procedure of which the separate
module procedure is not in that module the module has to export the private
details of the module.

 

So in my opinion the addition to C1113 should read:

"that declares a separate module procedure of which no implementation is
present in that module"

 

Am I right?
