notes removed, acceptable for submission to SC22 for publication as
Corrigendum 4 for Fortran 2008?" in one of these ways.

P.S. There is a typo in the question. "N088" should be "N2088". Please 
ignore this typo. ISO rules mean that I cannot correct this except by 
withdrawing the paper and issuing a new one, which does not seem worth 
doing.
