I left a message with Amanda. She called me back and said the web link should now work. It still did not work for me  (both the direct link and the "manual" link in the announcement). 

However, she also gave me a  Fairfield Inn specific reservation number that did work (this number differs from the 1-888-236-2427 reservation number in the announcement). I successfully booked my room by calling 1-800-228-2800 and gave them the JTTJTTB group code.  They quoted me $96+tax/night and I received email confirmation, so the room appears to be booked under the correct group.

Call the hotel directly, in case of excessive noise, ask to speak with Amanda.  If you still need help, ask to speak to Stormi.

Hotel phone number is in the meeting announcement.
