(j3.2006) Booking hotel for October meeting

Hi,

Has anyone been able to book a reservation for the October meeting? The direct link in the announcement does not allow the reservation to be made. When I called the Marriot Reservations number I was told that JT Fortran October is a "restricted group booked through a Housing Bureau." They did not have the phone number for the Housing Bureau so they suggested contact "JT Fortran October".

Can someone please advise how to proceed?
