The title is misleading ... 018 has nothing to do with F2003, it is the
interp insertion pages for the current standard (i.e. for now, F2008).

016 and 017 are certainly relevant for those people still using the F2003
document.  How much longer they will stay relevant I don't have any opinion 
on.
