Here are things that we could do to clean things up:


*        Is 004 "Journal of Requirements" necessary?  We haven't used this since F95.

*        006 and 010 should be updated to m207 papers.

*        Should we try to keep 007 "Draft Standard: up-to-date and pointed to by the web?

*        I think there have been 008s "Editorial Enhancements for Future Draft Revisions" but I can't find them.  Should we try to keep it up-to-date?

*        Should we try to keep 011 "Editor's List of Unresolved Technical Issues" up-to-date?

Comments?  Suggestions?
