(j3.2006) Fortran 2008?

The J3 site hasn't been updated for a very long time. You can see this in
the list of meetings which goes up to only #201!
I volunteered to help Dan bring the site up to date and will be starting on
this soon.

I was just noticing on the J3 web site, that Fortran 95 and Fortran 2003 are
listed on the side panel, but not F2008.
Worse, the F2003 page claims F2003 is the current standard.
