In the edit instructions, add "as amended by Technical Corrigendum 1".

The first edit appears to be superceded by the second edit, but the
second edit does not include "the same type with different values of
kind type parameters, or of".  The phrase "the same type with different
values of kind type parameters" is inadequate.  It ought to be "the same
type if corresponding kind type parameters have different values". If
the editorial instructions clearly referred to 16.6.6p1(1) as amended by
TC1, the first edit were deleted, and the first sentence of the second
edit were changed to:

"When a scalar variable becomes defined, all totally associated
variables of different type, or of the same type if corresponding kind
type parameters have different values, become undefined."
