I misrepresented the intent of the 012 J3 standing document.  It is used to keep track of emeritus members of J3.  And I thank you all for your corrections to the list.  The revised document is attached.

Dan - please put it on the J3 web site as 012.

FYI - the concept of "friends" of J3 {and WG5} is implemented in the usual J3 list we all use: j3 at mailman.j3-fortran.org<mailto:j3 at mailman.j3-fortran.org> .  Lots of friends are on it evidenced by the responses from former members that I got in helping clean up 012.
