Millennium Harvest might be too far from the meeting venue that Dan can
arrange via NCAR. If so, it's only a good deal if they'll give us a
free meeting room.... It wouldn't help to get a sleeping room for $104
if the meeting room costs $1500/day (as it would at Bellagio). If they
can't give us a free meeting room, can we get a free shuttle to NCAR, or
would several of us need to rent cars? Weekly car rentals at DIA seem
to be around $260, at least for June 2015 (sites I tried wouldn't quote
for 2016).

If the costs at/near Boulder are prohibitive, I can probably make
arrangements at the Pasadena Hilton for around $110/night, plus a free
meeting room at Caltech (about a mile away -- much closer than the
distance from the hotel to the meeting in Fairfax, and about half the
distance from the hotel to the meeting in Delft), probably plus a free
shuttle. There's a bus that goes past the Hotel and Caltech, for which
the fare (this year) is $0.50.

I could arrange a social event consisting of a tour of JPL.

Or... we could stay in Lost Wages.
