Yes, they are - see N2020 and N2021.

It might be worth considering the Millennium Harvest House. IFIP WG 2.5 
met there in July 2011 for $104 + 12.25% tax, including breakfast.

It does not match the usual formula (week after the second Saturday), 
which would have the meeting June 13-17.   Additionally, Makki usually 
prefers to have WG5 meetings later - end of June/beginning of July - 
because of his University duties.  That would put the meeting June 27 - 
July 1.   So it might be interesting to get rates for
