(j3.2006) 14-231.pdf appears to be broken

I downloaded 14-231.pdf  and see the same problem:

   319390 ?  N2027.pdf
   319388  ? 14-231.pdf

The difference of 2 bytes is from a missing F\nl at the end of 14-231.pdf.  These files were supposed to be identical. 

Dan, could you replace 14-231.pdf with a copy of N2027.pdf  (  cp N2027.pdf  14-231.pdf )?   Thanks.
