Ah, I should not be so quick to reply. The associate name could be different
from the selector. Isn't there already the sort of prohibition Reinhold asks
for?

You can't deallocate the selector within the block because within the block
the associate name does not have the ALLOCATABLE attribute. (See 16.5.1.6)
