> The version of the Ada Reference Manual I downloaded contains several copyright notices, but no such notice for either ISO or IEC. 

I remember John Barnes telling me that, from the start, the Ada standard was deliberately kept out of the clutches of ISO and IEC copyright, even though ISO sells copies (PDF and download only).  I am afraid I forget quite how this was achieved.
