I was somewhat dismayed to see a quote from me included in 14-184, since I fear that someone could misinterpret this as endorsing this proposal.  As was clear from the earlier email thread, the current version of this proposal is a non-starter.  Some other approach could be viable, but not this one.  I just wanted to make sure people didn?t get mislead by the paper as written.
