I suppose it is in the realm of "Doctor, it
hurts when I do this," but our seed values
occupy 128 bytes. Thus, if I1 is a one-byte
integer and the size is the size in terms of
one-byte integers, RANDOM_SEED(SIZE=I1) will
set I1 to -128. I do not regard the overflow
to be a big issue, because the same problem
already occurs for STAT= and IOSTAT= values.
