Hi folks,

The editor's report is 14-166.  As the Introduction says "I edited 14-007r1 with 
a pretty heavy hand.  Some matters deserve review."  The report is a bit ranty 
in places... sorry about that... anyway lots of comments and action items, /EDIT 
welcomes your feedback on these.

14-011 is the current list of Unresolved (and resolved) Technical Issues.

Dan, can you change the standing document link for SD-011 to link to 14-011
