Just a couple of nits:

One instance of ?Open MP? should be ?OpenMP?  (no space). 

At the end of individual days, the notes say we ?adjourned?.   I believe that we actually ?adjourn? only once at the end of the meeting on Friday (as is correctly recorded in the Notes for Friday). The other days should use a different word.  I believe the J3 notes use ?recess?.
