FYI, Karla Morris, Salvatore Filippone and I will be teaching a full-day tutorial entitled Parallel Programming in Modern Fortran, which could be a nice complement to your proposed BoF. I believe the tutorial is on Sunday, November 16. If your BoF proposal is accepted, we can advertise it at our tutorial.
