(j3.2006) (SC22WG5.5305) Fortran birds-of-a-feather session at Supercomputing '14 in New Orleans

I've been asked to submit a proposal for a Fortran-oriented
birds-of-a-feather session for Supercomputing '14 (November in New Orleans).
The idea I have is the following:

 

The Future of Fortran

 

Join Fortran standards committee members and industry experts for a look at
the current state of Fortran 2015, the next Fortran standard. After a brief
presentation, including an overview of current support for Fortran
2003/2008, an open discussion among panelists and participants will follow.

 

I know I've seen Dan at SC in the past and hope he'd be available for this -
who is already planning to attend and wants to participate? No funding is
available, sorry.
