(j3.2006) Progress towards 14-007

Hi folks,

I have finished applying 13-008r1, the draft at the end of that is 14-007r0d4 
(in the Edit folder in the member area, along with a tbz file of the subversion 
repository).

Since I did that I have started on applying the individual papers from meeting 
202, my list is

This is more or less the order that they were passed in, not numeric order.  If 
someone thinks my list is wrong please advise.  I hope to finish these in less 
than a week, and then I will take a look at Corrigendum 3.

I think that the C interop TS is probably too big to get that done in any 
reasonable time before the meeting.
