With some helpful advice from Malcolm, I've prepared a paper to address UTI 001. It's 14-115. Both 14-114 and 14-115 have two alternatives. I'd like to straw vote the alternatives early, either Monday afternoon on Tuesday morning, so we can check only one set of edits in subgroup.
