(j3.2006) updated web site

Hi,

I've taken a first step towards updating the web site for 206.
The home page should be right.

The 205 minutes are 15-100.

Meeting 205 is incomplete.  Let me know what all goes there
and I'll patch it before making the tarball.

Stan- Please download notice206.txt (the announcement)
and check for accuracy, especially the hotel links are not right.  TIA

Uploads should go to the right folders now.
