What they propose will make WG standardisation groups unworkable
if adhered to by any WG group to the letter of their law.
Its madness. They live on a different planet to me.

Yes there is. Now I've got a copy of N12032, it says that from January 1
this year, "External document management systems are not allowed and MUST be
discontinued". Also every member of a WG must be registered with ISO and
everyone else excluded from access to documents.
The whole scheme seems designed by people with no clue as to how WGs
actually operate.
