(j3.2006) DEALLOCATE and image control

I couldn't find anything about whether a variable of a type that has an
allocatable coarray ultimate component can be a pointer.

If it can be, it can be allocated and deallocated.

If it can be deallocated, then a DEALLOCATE statement that has an
<allocate-object> that has a coarray ultimate component needs to be an
image control statement.  All that 8.5.1 says is that a DEALLOCATE
statement that has an <allocate-object> that is a coarray is an image
control statement.
