Does this mean that a document like 14-007r1 will not be visible to someone who is not a ?member??  For example, someone who might attend a WG5 meeting where we are discussing the current working document?  Isn?t it the case that a current WD will end up as a ?paper for this meeting? folder on a fairly frequent basis, and hence be visible?

On a related note, the left column link for Fortran 2003 says that it is the current standard (page not updated since 2007) and the Fortran 95 link says it is the previous standard.  Obvious updates seem in order.
