To download our working draft,

click J3 Members on the left
click Members Only
click Standards Documents

There are links to the most recent draft,
and to the 007 archive near the top of the page.

Sorry for the indirection, and it?s only a hack.

If anyone complains, they had to bust
the members only wall, so they likely violated
a law or two to get there.  I tried to keep them out!
