Since the J3 web site had to take down the final standard, and N1814 has
been taken down from the WG5 web site, both because they infringe the
ISO copyright, some other document should be linked as "a draft of the
Fortran 2008 standard" at http://www.nag.co.uk/sc22wg5/links.html. The
link http://j3-fortran.org/doc/standing/links/007.pdf is broken because
it linked to the copyrighted document. Malcolm prefers that the
"standing" page of the J3 web not be the current standard.
Can we link http://j3-fortran.org/doc/year/10/10-007r1.pdf or
http://j3-fortran.org/doc/year/12/12-007.pdf from
http://www.nag.co.uk/sc22wg5/links.html? Neither one bears the ISO
copyright statement.
