(j3.2006) books about Fortran 2008

Hi Steve,

Thanks for the plug for my next book. :)  I'm targeting publication in 2015 with a working title of Parallel Programming in Modern Fortran.  The layout and content will be similar to my previous book except there will be no C++, all codes will be parallel, and there will be several new chapters or appendices.  The goal is to have at least 50% of the content either be completely new or substantially revised (with the most significant revision being parallelization with coarrays).
