The edit for [94:10] changes "implied-shape-spec-list" to
"implied-shape-spec", but [96:28] says "the rank of an implied-shape
array is the number of <implied-shape-spec>s in the
<implied-shape-spec-list>."

There seems to be a problem here.  Did we intend to limit
<implied-shape-or-assumed-size-spec> to rank-one objects, or is there a
way to declare higher-rank objects that I'm just not seeing?
