I shall be presenting a proposal for a Technical Specification to 
provide language-based support for units of measurement in Fortran at Delft.

Drafts of the slides of my presentation (N1970-1) and the Technical 
Specification
 (N1969-1) are attached.

These files are revisions of the files Units-TR-16 and UnitSlides-4 in 
the Tutorials directory in the J3 member account, which were presented 
at meeting 200 at Las Vegas in February.
