(j3.2006) Question about C845

C845 does not constrain any of the parts of the syntax in R850, so I 
would say no.  On the other hand, there is some inconsistency in the 
standard in this area.  Compare C517 and C533, for example.  Perhaps a 
candidate area for "editorial regularization" in the next revision.
