(j3.2006) Upload problems

I have a couple of papers on coarray atomics to upload, but get the message:

    Calling dos2unix
    Upload Failed
    ERROR: cannot open year paper

Can you please get this unstuck and/or tell me how to get around it?

I have a vague recollection of some incantation that bypasses it, but
my attemopts to remember what it was failed dismally.  My memory may
have been at fault.

I will post the papers as separate messages, in case that helps.  But,
if you upload them, please Email me so I don't do it as well!
