(j3.2006) Ada liaison

I volunteered to work with the Ada committee concerning their subclause
B.5,  the Fortran interoperability annex, which consists of barely more
than two pages (attached).

My attention is focused on paragraph 21.

Any thoughts are welcome.

If you're interested in the entire Ada 2012 standard documents --
Language Reference Manual, Annotated Language Reference Manual,
Rationale -- they're available from
http://www.ada-auth.org/standards/ada12.html.  I don't recommend the
"highlighted" versions.  They are littered with strike-outs, and new
text is in red, making them difficult to read.
