Hi folks,

Well it looks like 13-007 is not going to appear after all.  So far I have done 
the 13-008r1 edits up to clause 11, that is a little over 1/3rd of the editorial 
changes.  So it will have to be 14-007.

Just in case anyone is interested in checking my work so far, the Edit folder in 
the member area now contains 13-007r0d3.pdf, along with mjc005.txt which is my 
(draft) account of changes I made whilst doing it.

The repository for the current state is in F2008-131226.tbz, again in the Edit 
folder.

I don't actually expect anyone else to do anything about this, but it's there 
just in case - and in case something terrible happens to my copy of it; these 
days my copy is backed up in the "cloud", but that just means that 
damage/deletion on one machine automatically propagates to all the others!

BTW if someone does take a look and have any comments they are certainly 
welcome.
