Hi Bill,

Thanks for the suggested note.  I agree that a note of some kind would be 
useful; the suggestion seems a bit long for such a minor remark, but anyway it 
is useful input for if/when (hopefully when!) we review the array-spec syntax 
for F2015 publication.
