David Muxworthy has constructed a draft corrigendum 3 from the interps that have been agreed and I have checked it. It is attached, along with a paper for a WG5 vote on it. It is unfortunate that it has come up at the same time as the vote on the TS. Because of this, I have set the end date to be a week after the end date for the TS vote.

This is a WG5 letter ballot on N1995, the draft Corrigendum 3 for 
Fortran 2008. It was constructed by David Muxworthy and has been checked
by me. The notes in italics will be removed from the final version, as 
will the references to interpretation numbers and page and line numbers 
in the standard. 

Please answer the following question "Is N1995, with the references and 
notes removed, acceptable for submission to SC22 for publication as
Corrigendum 3 for Fortran 2008?" in one of these ways. 

1) Yes.
2) Yes, but I recommend the following changes. 
3) No, for the following reasons.
4) Abstain.
