Hello, 

attached please find an update to my NO vote on the coarray DTS.

Essential changes:

* in (5A), suggesting RECODIMENSION as an option for the programmer rather than obligatory,
* in (5C), added a new section (7) suggesting to downplay the special role of image 1 in the context of resiliency,
* added a new section (5E) on the issue of team identity.
