I advocated for more detailed descriptions at 199 and 200, but there was
resistance.

So what do we want for US-01, US-03, US-08 and US-14?  Can we at least
get specs papers from the "champions" for these proposals?  Or should we
ask WG5 to replace them on the work plan with something that's further
along?
