F08/0091:
The comment is for Q1/A1. On the system that an object of an empty derived
type does not occupy any storage, should the result of ASSOCIATED intrinsic
as in the test case m7_1 returns FALSE to truthfully reflect the fact that
there is not an association that has been established? If so, should we add
another case in p5 of 13.7.16 "If TARGET is an object of an empty derived
type, the result is processor dependent." in 13.7.16?
