No.  Their problems are, however, trivial.  They don't need to specify Fortran 
2008 conformance to compile Fortran 66 code, tools have existed for decades to 
convert arithmetic IF, and compiler vendors are, if past and present practice is 
a guide, not going to produce hard error messages for arithmetic IF usage 
anyway.

Oh and I am not a British Subject, and my personal and private details are not 
relevant to this discussion.
