There were two comments in the SC22 ballot on DTS 29113, Further 
Interoperability of Fortran with C. These comments are in N1938. Draft 
edits to the DTS have been discussed by J3 and are in N1941. The edited 
DTS is in N1942. The whole response was constructed by Bill and has been
checked by me and Reinhold. 

Please answer the following question "Are N1941 and N1942 ready for 
forwarding to SC22" in one of these ways. 

1) Yes.
2) Yes, but I recommend the following changes. 
3) No, for the following reasons.
4) Abstain.
