Dear all,

I have been corresponding privately with Malcolm re the ballot process 
for interps. We propose that in future

I assemble the ballot results as soon as I can after the ballot end, but 
with results only those that are obvious. I will mark the rest with "?" 
and Convenor+/INTERP (rather than Convenor alone) will decide, and be 
expected to do this quite rapidly, normally within a week.

Is this OK with everyone? I propose to use this for ballot 4, which ends 
on 28 September.
