Unless somebody announces a conflict for the week of 18-22 February,
that is, the week that Damian is able to attend, by Friday of this week,
I'll request that week when I ask Valerie to develop contracts. For
now, at least, I'll stick with the week of 14-18 October. We have time
to change that if necessary.
If somebody has a conflict for the week of 18-22 February, I'll ask
Valerie to develop a contract for the week of 11-15 February, since that
was our originally-agreed date.
