My reading is that, independent of the interp edits,  the array being 
constructed still has the dynamic and declared type specified by 
<type-spec>.  I don't see how this case is different from [real :: 1.2, 
3 ] where the <ac-value> entries may have different types, but the 
resulting type of the array is still "real", the <type-spec>.
